Our Beliefs

* We believe in One God who is manifested in 3 persons:  Father, Son, and Spirit.

     (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22)

* We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God written by men under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and that it is reliable, true, and without error.    The Holy Scriptures tells us how to live a life that is pleasing to God and that will command the blessings of Heaven.

     (II Timothy 3:15-17; I Thessalonians 2:13; II Peter 1:21; Deuteronomy 28:1-15)

* We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and that a relationship with Him is the only way mankind can find salvation from                eternal damnation and reconciliation to God the Father.  We believe He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, became the final sacrifice for our sin,      died on a tree, resurrected from the dead, ascended to the Father to prepare a place for us to live one day, and is coming again to reign victoriously      in the new Heaven and Earth.

     (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35; Hebrews 7:6; I Corinthians 15:3; II Corinthians 5:21; Matthew 28:6; Luke 24:39; Acts 1:9;

      Philippians 2::9-11)

*  We believe that Adam and Eve disobeyed God's command and brought the curse of sin into the world.  We believe that mankind needed a                    redeemer to break the curse of sin and death.  We believe that redeemer is Jesus Christ and a relationship with Him is man's way to salvation.

     (Genisis 1:26-27; Genesis 2:17; Romans 5:12-19; John 3:16; Romans 10:13-15; John 14:6)

* We believe in baptism by full immersion in water as demonstrated by Jesus.  We do not believe that baptism is a requirement for salvation, however    we do believe that it is beneficial and that all men should follow our Lord's example by being baptized.

     (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:16; Acts 10:47-48; Romans 6:4)

* We believe that partaking of Holy Communion is a command set in place by Jesus Himself at the last Passover meal.  He said, "As often as you do          this in remembrance of Me," expecting that His followers would remember His death by partaking of communion.  We believe that the bread and          juice represents Jesus body and blood and calls us to a reverent reflection of His sacrifice when we partake of it.

     (II Peter 1:4; I Corinthians 11:26; I Corinthians 11:26)

* We believe every believer should be "baptized" in the Holy Spirit with the initial physical evidence of speaking in a new tongue of men and of angels.    We believe that Holy Spirit baptism is beneficial for every believer and gives them power from on high to be witnesses of Jesus Christ in the Earth.

     (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4; Acts 1:8; I Corinthians 12:1-31; Acts 8:12-17; Acts 15:7-9)

* We believe that every believer must come out from amongst the world and live a life worthy of repentance.  This is called sanctification.  We believe      in the initial setting apart and also the progressive work of holiness.

     (Romans 12:1-2; Hebrews 13:12; Hebrews 12:14; I Peter 1:15-16; Romans 8:13; Galatians 2:20)

* We believe in divine healing as a finished work of the cross and that every  believer has already been healed but must lay claim to their healing by a      declaration of faith.

     (Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:16-17; James 5:14-16)

* We believe in the catching away of the bride of Christ before the great and dreadful day of the Lord.

     (I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Romans 8:23; Titus 2:13; I Corinthians 15:51-52)

* We believe in the final judgment where every person who has rejected Jesus and the atoning work of the cross, and who refused to live in obedience    to God's word, will be sentenced to eternal separation from God and cast into eternal darkness known as Hell.

     (Matthew 25:46; Mark 9:43-48; Revelation 19:20; Revelation 20:11-15; Revelation 21:8)
